This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with EU regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by providing a clear statement (e.g., an email to support@senove.com). Please include your order number, name, and the date of purchase.
  • You may use the model withdrawal form provided by us, but it is not obligatory.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Products that have been customized or specially ordered are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is defective or we have made an error.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer support team at support@senove.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please make sure to return the item within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

5. Warranty and Defective Items

  • All laptop parts sold by Senove.com come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. It does not cover damages caused by improper use, installation, or handling.
  • If your item becomes defective within the 90-day warranty period, please contact us at support@senove.com with your order number and details of the defect.
  • We will either replace the defective item or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

6. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
  • Items that are returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
